No Dollars to Uyghur Forced Labor Act
Would have barred State Department and USAID funds for programs using goods made with forced labor in China's Xinjiang region.
Tradeoff
Would have blocked State and USAID money for programs using Xinjiang-made goods, unless the Secretary grants a waiver. Waivers require written promises from partners and notice to Congress 15 days ahead.
