Investing in Main Street Act of 2023

Would have let banks invest up to 15% of their capital in small business investment companies.

Tradeoff

Would have raised the bank investment limit in small business investment companies (SBICs) from 5% to 15% of capital. Would have let banks put more money into funds that back small businesses.
