Authorizes a land exchange between Chugach Alaska Corporation and the federal government in southcentral Alaska.

Tradeoff

Chugach Alaska transfers about 231,000 acres of subsurface rights to the federal government. In return, the federal government transfers about 65,374 acres of surface land to Chugach Alaska.
