Securities and Exchange Commission Real Estate Leasing Authority Revocation Act
Would have moved the Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) office leasing to the General Services Administration (GSA).
Tradeoff
Would have barred the SEC from leasing its own general office space, shifting that job to GSA. Existing SEC leases would have stayed in place.
