Paperwork Burden Reduction Act

Lets employers and insurers stop mailing yearly health coverage tax forms unless someone asks for one.

Tradeoff

Ends automatic mailing of 1095-B and 1095-C health coverage forms, which people must now request. Requests must be filled by January 31 or 30 days after the request, whichever is later.
