Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025
Gives the CFTC and SEC authority to regulate digital commodities and crypto exchanges, brokers, and dealers.
Tradeoff
Sets up a federal framework for crypto trading. Requires Bank Secrecy Act compliance and anti-money-laundering programs for digital asset platforms.
