HR 3578

Sponsored by Glenn Ivey (D)

To make technical amendments to update statutory references to provisions reclassified to title 34, United States Code, and to correct related technical errors.

Would have fixed outdated legal citations so older federal crime and justice laws point to their new location in Title 34.

Tradeoff

Would have moved statute references to Title 34 of the U.S. Code without changing any policy. Makes no new spending or program changes.
