Service-Disabled Veteran Opportunities in Small Business Act

Would have required the SBA to train federal contracting staff to award more contracts to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.

Tradeoff

Would have required SBA training and yearly reports for agencies that missed a 3% contracting goal. Would have added federal costs for the training and reporting work.
