Pilot Butte Power Plant Conveyance Act

Would have required the federal government to offer the Pilot Butte Power Plant in Wyoming to a local irrigation district.

Tradeoff

Would have transferred the Pilot Butte Power Plant to the Midvale Irrigation District, which would take on all its operating costs and liability. The federal government would have been shielded from most damage claims after the transfer.
