National Guard and Reservists Debt Relief Extension Act of 2023

Tradeoff
Extends an exemption from the bankruptcy means test for qualifying Guard and reserve members for four more years. Lets these members file Chapter 7 bankruptcy without the income test that would otherwise apply.
