Energy Cybersecurity University Leadership Act of 2023

Would have funded energy cybersecurity training for graduate students and postdoctoral researchers.

Tradeoff

Would have required the Department of Energy (DOE) to give grants and lab training to energy cybersecurity students. Would have also required outreach to historically Black colleges, Tribal colleges, and minority-serving schools.
