Ukraine Support Act
Extends military aid to Ukraine through 2028 and establishes a reconstruction trust fund.
Tradeoff
Provides about $8 billion in direct loans and hundreds of millions in grants for Ukraine's defense and rebuilding. Funds come from a new tax on Russian goods and trade, redirected , and dedicated congressional authorizations.
