Cape Fox Land Entitlement Finalization Act of 2025

Lets Cape Fox Corporation select different Alaska land to fulfill its federal entitlement instead of required township land.

Tradeoff

Cape Fox gets about 180 acres in Tongass National Forest; Sealaska Corporation gets the subsurface rights to that same land. Public access easement reserved for National Forest users.
