Post-Disaster Assistance Online Accountability Act

Would have required federal disaster aid agencies to post quarterly spending reports online.

Tradeoff

Would have required agencies to publish disaster aid totals and project lists every quarter. Would have put that data on one public website run by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
