To require the Secretary of Agriculture to convey the Pleasant Valley Ranger District Administrative Site to Gila County, Arizona.

Would have given 232.9 acres of Tonto National Forest land to Gila County for veterans.

Tradeoff

Would have transferred the land free of charge, with the county paying all conveyance costs. Land would return to federal control if the county stopped serving veterans with it.
