VET–TEC Authorization Act of 2023

Would have created a VA program for up to 6,000 veterans a year to train in tech skills.

Tradeoff

Would have funded tech job training for up to 6,000 veterans a year through 2028. Would also have extended certain VA home loan fee rates through April 30, 2032.
