Veterans Benefits Improvement Act of 2023

Would have changed how VA disability exams are contracted and created a law internship and loan repayment program.

Tradeoff

Would have let the VA skip publishing some exam forms. Also would have offered loan repayment to VA attorneys who stay three years.
