No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act

Would have required Senate approval of any WHO pandemic treaty before it could take effect in the US.

Tradeoff

Would have treated any World Health Organization (WHO) pandemic agreement as a treaty needing two-thirds Senate approval. Would have kept such an agreement from having legal effect in the US until ratified.
