Wounded Warrior Access Act

Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to offer online records requests and warnings about unrecognized claim representatives.

Tradeoff

Requires the VA to build the online tools within one year. Also requires warnings in English, Spanish, Tagalog, and seven other common languages.
