250th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps Commemorative Coin Act

Lets the Treasury mint commemorative coins marking the Marine Corps' 250th anniversary.

Tradeoff

Raises money for the Marine Corps Heritage Center through extra charges on each coin. Buyers pay the surcharge, and the bill says it creates no net cost to the government.
